The African Pygmy Mouse, (Mus minutoides) is possibly the smallest mammals in the world. It belongs to the enormous superfamily name's Muroidea, Which includes about 1000 different species.

If we look into their volume, the adults are between 30 and 80 mm (1.2 and 3.1 in) long, with a 20 to 40 mm (0.79 to 1.6 in) tail, and weight from 3 to 12 g (0.11 to 0.42 oz).
